Most advertisers on our site are private owners who let out their property for either some or all of the year. We act as mediators between you and your clients, we take bookings on your behalf based on the information you provide us and accept initial deposits from your clients for you.As property owners ourselves in Spain we are experienced in the rental process and can advise you accordingly.

What service do you provide to advertisers?

Each advertiser recieves an information pack on renting and has their property added into our website rental search engine.You can have 6 colour photos added to your advert and you provide the text,pricing and booking details.We give you full support in managing your advert so any changes can be updated for you by us.We advertise both online and in the press, both here in Spain and in the UK so holidaymakers/ potential tenants can then browse and find homes to rent. We have submitted our site to over a thousand search engines including the major engines such as Google,Yahoo etc to maximise exposure.We can also provide you with insurance for your property and put you in touch with Legal advisors to draw up rental agreements.

What are the costs and how do I pay?

You can choose from two easy options to advertise your property with us.
Option 1)

Pay a flat fee of 10 Euros a month and we charge nothing for taking your bookings for you

OR

Option 2)

Pay nothing to advertise your property only 10% of any bookings we make for you.So no bookings nothing to pay!

We require monthly payments to be paid by standing order and we deduct our 10% from the initial deposit taken for a booking before forwarding you the balance.There are no other hidden fees  and we pride ourselves by offering a professional,friendly,informative and cost efficient service to all our clients.

How do I sign up?

We can do the process either by post or via internet and we aim to review and activate completed within 12 hours.

Adding photos

You can send them via email: photos should be the original size and in landscape format.They must also be jpeg files not gif. We will resize them for you before they appear on the website.

You can update your pictures as and when you need to or change them just send us the replacement pictures you want added.

Photos are also very important as this is what clients see first.Do a mixture of internal and external shots ensuring they well lit and make your property look attractive.Most clients like to see what the interior looks like before they consider making a booking.Focus on the propertys main selling points.

Make sure your property looks as good on the inside as well as the outside,often we see properties that are beautiful on the outside but the interior looks tired and mismatched which lets the property down and puts off potential clients.Price your property fairly if you are asking a high rental fee make sure the property lives up to it.
