We will send you an email confirming we have received your enquiry within 1 hour and you will have the reply within 48 hours.Once both yourselves and the owner are happy to continue with the booking we will then ask for a deposit via paypal and send you a confirmation of payment details,booking confirmation and owner/property information.

WHAT IS THE USUAL PAYMENT PROCEDURE?

Again, as all booking information is provided by the property owner this can vary from property to property.Usually a deposit is required to reserve the property,paid via paypal which rentspaindirect will mediate between you and the property owner followed by the balance which is payable direct to the owner usually 1-2 months before the booking commences.

You may also be required to pay a refundable cash security deposit on arrival,in case of damage to either the property or its contents.Again this amount can vary between properties.
