All information and photos for the advertisement is to be provided by the property owner unless specified otherwise (prices and information available on request).
The owner is responsible for ensuring the prices and information is correct. We require you to inform us of any changes to either the property or pricing immediately so our clients are given accurate information only.
All advertisements are subject to approval by rentspaindirect.co.uk
We reserve the right to refuse to advertise any property we feel does not meet our strict standards for letting or legal requirements.
We reserve the right to remove any advertisement which we feel is no longer appropriate or is misleading in any way.
We regret that due to the nature of how we advertise we are unable to include your website address or links to it in your advertisement.
If option 1 is chosen and/or featured listing is required, monthly payment is by standing order only.
If option 2 is chosen our  10% for taking a booking will be deducted  from the initial deposit before we forward the balance to you with a signed receipt.
Rentals over 2 weeks that we attain for you are subject to 10% of the gross figure paid monthly by standing order.
We strongly advise that you engage the services of a legal representative when drawing up a rental agreement for rentals of a month or longer.

www.rentspaindirect.co.uk does not charge rental clients fees to use the site.

Accuracy of property information

All information,prices, booking notes and pictures regarding property advertisements are provided by the owner and will remain their sole responsibility.While rentspaindirect.co.uk has made every effort to ensure the information etc displayed on our site is correct we are not liable for errors,innacuracies,prices or claims supplied by the owner on our website.We strongly advise you to read the information given carefully and ask any questions regarding suitability before booking.However, should you have any complaints about any of the properties advertised please inform us and we will look into them. Should we find that an advertisement is no longer suitable or is misleading in any way we will remove it from our site with immediate effect.
 
Bookings and confirmation

www.rentspaindirect.co.uk takes bookings from clients on behalf of the property owners.Once the reservation deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed by both parties, the booking is then passed to the owner and becomes their sole responsibility.We are not responsible for payments or security deposits made after the booking is passed to the owner.By making a booking indicates that you have agreed to the Owners terms and conditions therefore releasing www.rentspaindirect.co.uk from any liabilities arising from same.

Use of www.rentspaindirect.co.uk website indicates that you agree to release rentspaindirect.co.uk from any loss or damage in connection with any breach of terms and conditions, or any other legal obligation by you and your use of  our website. Rentspaindirect cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages you may experience using our website.Therefore, Rentspaindirect.co.uk is not obliged to offer any refund or compensation for losses you may have suffered from renting a property from an advertiser on www.rentspaindirect.co.uk.

The Agent is responsible for ensuring the prices and information is correct. We require you to inform us of any changes to either the property or pricing immediately so our clients are given accurate information only.

All advertisements are subject to approval by rentspaindirect.co.uk/.com

We reserve the right to refuse to advertise any property from an agent we feel does not meet our strict standards for letting or legal requirements.

We reserve the right to remove any advertisement which we feel  is no longer appropriate or is misleading in any way.

Unfortunately we only advertise for  small rental agents/ property management companies with 20 rental properties or less.

We regret that due to the nature of how we advertise we are unable to include your website address or links to it in your advertisement unless you choose option 3

If option 1 is chosen and/or premium listing is required, monthly payment is by standing order only.

If option 2 is chosen our €20 for taking a booking will be deducted  from the initial deposit before we forward the balance to you with a signed receipt. We will then pass the booking over to you.

If option 3 is chosen we add all your contact details to your advert along with a link to your website, any enquiries we receive on your behalf will be forwarded immediately as you will deal with the clients direct from day one.We also require payment by any of the following before your advertisement will go live.

Payments can be made via Paypal, Cheques or bank transfers.Rentals of over 2 weeks that we attain for you are subject to 10% of the gross figure paid
