Why advertise with Rent Spain Direct?
We provide spanish property agents with a means to increase their properties visability through effective advertising both online and in the press at very reasonable terms. Most advertisers on our site are private owners but we will advertise property from small rental agents/ property management companies too. Our aim is to promote small rental agents and property companies to give them a chance to compete with larger firms.
What service do you provide to advertisers?
Each advertiser receives an information pack on our company and what we do, has their properties added into our websites rental search engine.We also have details and pictures of your properties in portfolio form to take to property exhibitions and display.You can have 4 colour photos added to each advert and you provide the text,pricing and booking details.We give you full support in managing your advert so any changes can be updated for you by us.We advertise both online and in the press, both here in Spain and in the UK also the Netherlands so holidaymakers/ potential tenants can then browse and find homes to rent. We have submitted our site to over a thousand search engines including the major engines such as Google,Yahoo etc to maximise exposure.Also we use property portals such as ‘thinkspain’ and ‘kyero’ to advertise your properties.
What are the costs and how do I pay?
You can choose from three easy options to advertise your property with us.
Option 1)
1-10 properties
Pay a flat fee of 10 Euros a month
10 - 20 properties
Pay a flat fee of 20 Euros a month
*Premium listing is available for small agents/companies on this option where your email address and contact details can be added to your advert.(* You must have 20 or less rental properties on your website/books to qualify for this)
Costs for premium listing:
1 – 10 properties €5 per month
10 – 20 properties €10 per month
OR
Option 2)
Pay nothing to advertise your properties only €20 on each booking we make for you. So no bookings nothing to pay!
OR
Option 3)
Pay a yearly fee of €100 to advertise and market your properties (up to 20 properties) for rent also includes a link to your webpage, telephone number and email address so you deal with your clients direct from day one.
We require monthly payments to be paid by standing order and we deduct our €20 from the initial deposit taken for a booking before forwarding you the balance. There are no other hidden fees and we pride ourselves by offering a professional,friendly,informative and cost efficient service to all our clients.
We accept Paypal, cheques, and bank transfers for payments.

We can do the process either by post or via internet and we aim to review and activate completed within 12 hours.
Adding photos
You can send them via email: photos should be the original size and in landscape format. They must also be jpeg files not gif. We will resize them for you before they appear on the website.

You can update your pictures as and when you need to or change them just send us the replacement pictures you want added.
Or alternatively email us a list of the properties you would like uploaded with reference numbers and we will copy and add them for you for a small fee of €20
