To advertise your properties with us, it can be done by three easy options:
Option 1)
1-10 properties pay a flat monthly fee of €10 and pay no commission on any bookings we generate for your properties
10 - 20 properties pay a flat monthly fee of €20 and pay no commission on any bookings we generate for your properties
This can work out to as little as €1 per property per month
*Premium Listing available to qualifying companies on this option - add your email address and contact details to your adverts for as little as €5 - €10 extra per month
Option 2)
Pay nothing to advertise your property only €20 commission on each booking made through us.
Option 3)
Pay a yearly fee of €100 to advertise your properties( 20 properties max) for rental including a link to your website, email address and contact details.

SMALL PRINT
All information and photos for the advertisements are to be provided by you, unless you require otherwise(prices and more information are available on request).
Photos must be of good quality JPEG images and a maximum of 4 pictures will be added per property.
You are responsible for ensuring your prices and information are correct and we require you to inform us of any changes to the either pricing or property information immediately so our clients are given accurate information only.
All advertisements are subject to approval by rentspaindirect.co.uk/.com
We reserve the right to refuse to advertise any property we feel does not meet our strict standards for letting and legal requirements.
We reserve the right to remove any advertisement which we feel is no longer appropriate or is misleading in anyway.
We regret that due to the nature of how we advertise we are unable to include your website or links to it in your advertisement unless option 3 or premium listing option are chosen. We apologise for this inconvienience.
